Philosophy
Recognizing that all of us are unique individuals, I use a holistic approach in helping people create efficient and effective elegant moving bodies. Most injuries, pain and poor athletic performance usually begin with our body segments fighting each other for stability or mobility all due to habitual movement and postural distortions we acquire over time as we live, work and play. I enjoy teaching people about themselves while helping them experience their bodies through corrective exercise programming.  Helping them see that improvement in their movement or dynamic posture always leads to less pain, less risk of injury and greater health, wellness and athletic performance which are all essential to a experiencing a fully actualized life!

Client Base
I work with people of all levels and abilities.  From our wise and revered seniors, to professional level athletes. Specializing in those who are seeking relief from pain, improved function or greater sports performance.
