FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  My schedule is not very flexible, and the physical therapist I saw today is not available when I am. Can I make an appointment with another therapist?

Yes, you can either see the same therapist or switch to another; feel free to see any of our highly qualified therapists. Our team works together to provide a continuum of care, optimizing your results through an individualized and detailed treatment plan.

2.  How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointments?

Since our therapists' schedules fill quickly, it is wise to make your appointments as soon as you know when you will be available. We recommend that you schedule at least 1-2 weeks ahead of the date you would like to be seen.

3.  How often should I schedule my physical therapy appointments?

This depends on several factors-the nature and severity of your problem, your therapist's recommendation, your schedule, and your insurance coverage. Your physical therapist can help you make this decision. To avoid

a possible interruption in your care, please discuss this topic with your therapist  before you leave your first visit. We want to provide you the right level of care to help you reach your goals.

As a courtesy to our valued customers, our insurance department will file a claim with your insurer for our services to you. For any portion of our services not covered by your insurance, we accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
