Appointments can be made anytime from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you need to change an appointment, there is no charge as long as you are able to give us notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Call 321-0204.
Insurance & Billing
We work with a great many health plans and insurance companies so that you can have the most convenient access possible to our services. There are some insurance plans, however, that we are not able to work with directly and still maintain our services at what we judge to be an acceptable level of care for you. When you call to make your appointment, we'll be happy to check on the coverage you have and its applicability to our services.
Our insurance department will, as a courtesy, file a claim with your insurer for our services to you. For any portion of our services not covered by your insurance, we accept cash, check, Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
